Adam Gregory is Senior Vice President of loan production for CommCap Advisors. He is responsible for originating and underwriting all types of commercial and apartment transactions. Adam has ten years of experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry in Las Vegas. Prior to becoming a mortgage banker, he worked for a direct lender as a commercial analyst where he was responsible for the underwriting and closing of portfolio loans. Adam is well versed in the lending practices of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Wall Street Conduits, Life Insurance Companies and local and regional banks.

Adam has successfully originated, underwritten and closed over $400 million in loans with a wide variety of lenders. Adam earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation in 2008 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter.

 

Adam graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics. Adam is a proud Las Vegas native. Adam is also actively involved in several professional organizations including CCIM, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), NAIOP and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
